The Vegetable Seed Department has implemented the development and sale of bred varieties beneficial to farm producers. We consider safety, as well as high quality, to constitute important factors, and therefore, we discuss cultivation results of the breeding directly with farm producers, our customers, and advisors at the agricultural sites to keep developing new bred varieties.
Our major product line includes carrot breeding,bred as well as lettuce, spinach, sweet corn, onion, and melon seeds. Furthermore, we produce and sell plug seedlings of lettuce, cabbage, etc. raised at the Nagano Nursery (Kawakami and Minamimaki) situated in the cool heights to professional farm producers located in nearby areas. Taking pride in delivering our vegetable to many consumers through farm producers who are our customers, we will keep developing and selling new bred varieties.
